What do I do if my item is damaged or does not arrive?
- In the case of damaged items, please take a picture and send it to us via our support center with the order number and the picture.
- If your item is not with you after a maximum of 29 days, please write a message to us via the Support Center.
How do I return an item?
- Please contact our support center as you need an RMA number for every return.
Return rules
- Original packaging and labels must be present.
- Products that are manufactured for customers are excluded from revocation!
- Erotic articles such as toys of any kind cannot be exchanged!
- Trading cards cannot be returned!
- Lego and Lepin products cannot be revoked due to loss of building blocks!
- Swimwear and underwear cannot be withdrawn for hygiene reasons.
- We do not reimburse any return costs, these have to be paid by the buyer himself.
- After receiving the return, we will check the goods for defects and if everything is in order we will transfer the money back to your account or PayPal account.
- You can also get us to exchange the product.
- We do not take back free items.
